These terms set out the agreement between you and GWM Accessories when you use gwmaccessories.store or buy from us. We have written them in plain language so you can actually read them, and we have kept them honest about what we can and cannot promise.

1. Who we are, and who we are not

GWM Accessories is an independent aftermarket retailer. We are not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of Great Wall Motor.

"GWM", "Tank", "Haval", "Ora", "Cannon" and "Poer" are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe which vehicles our products fit, which is honest descriptive use. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of manufacturer endorsement.

2. Using this site

You may browse, read our guides, and place orders for your own use. You may not:

  • Copy, republish or resell our written guides, product descriptions or photographs without written permission
  • Scrape the site automatically, or attempt to overload, probe or breach it
  • Place fraudulent orders, or use someone else's payment details
  • Resell our products commercially without agreeing wholesale terms with us first

We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts where these terms are broken.

3. Product information and fitment

We check fitment against official GWM owner's manuals and specifications before listing anything, and each product states the model it fits.

Two honest limits on that:

Vehicles vary by market. GWM sells the same nameplate with different equipment, dimensions and even different names in different countries. A part correct for one market may not suit another. If you are unsure, email us with your model, variant, build year and country before ordering, and we will check it.

Specifications change. Manufacturers revise models without notice. We update listings as we learn of changes, but we cannot guarantee that every listing reflects a revision made after publication.

Where we get a fitment wrong, we cover the return and refund you in full. That is stated in our Refund and Returns Policy and we stand behind it.

4. Installation and safe use

Products are sold for fitment to the vehicle stated. Installation is your responsibility, or that of the professional you choose.

Please note:

  • Have load-bearing, electrical and safety-related items fitted professionally. Roof racks, towing components, recovery points and wiring are not the place to improvise.
  • On hybrid and electric models, never work near high-voltage components. GWM's manuals reserve orange cables, traction batteries and related parts for authorised service centres. We do not sell anything requiring that access, and you should not attempt it.
  • Follow the load ratings supplied. A rated component is only rated when used as intended.
  • Check your local road rules. Some accessories are restricted or require certification in certain countries. Compliance is the owner's responsibility.

We are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from incorrect installation, modification of a product, or use beyond its stated rating.

5. Warranty and manufacturer terms

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one applies, and we will help you make a claim rather than leaving you to deal with the maker alone.

Fitting aftermarket accessories does not automatically void your vehicle warranty, but GWM's own documentation states that modifying a vehicle with non-authentic products, or altering electronics, wiring or software, may affect safety and fall outside warranty cover. We range bolt-on, no-drill products for exactly this reason. Any dispute about your vehicle warranty is between you and your vehicle's warranty provider.

6. Prices, payment and orders

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch
  • We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced due to obvious error, or if we cannot verify payment
  • Import duties, taxes and customs charges in your country are your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order

Currency conversion and card issuer fees are set by your bank, not by us.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide, and every order includes tracking.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, industrial action and courier backlogs are outside our control. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we replace or refund it in full.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days to request a return, items must be unfitted and in original packaging, and we cover return shipping when the fault or error is ours.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, which vary by country and always take precedence.

9. Our guides and published content

We publish free technical guides on specifications, fuel figures, servicing, comparisons and fitment. They are researched from factory documentation and named independent sources, and we correct errors when we find them.

They are reference material, not professional advice. Always confirm safety-critical figures, such as towing limits, load ratings and service specifications, against your own vehicle's documentation before acting on them. Where a figure depends on your market, verify it locally.

The content is ours. You may quote a short passage with a link back, but republishing whole articles is not permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost time, vehicle downtime, missed trips or towing costs.

This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable consumer guarantees.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it. Material changes will be announced to newsletter subscribers.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which our business is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country.

Before any formal dispute, please email us. Most problems are a fitment misunderstanding or a courier issue, and both are usually fixed within a day.
